Oncology Patient Care Navigators

The role of the Navexio’s Oncology Patient Care Navigators is to accompany patients and their families in-person to their medical appointments and provide on-going support (virtual or in-person) for as long as it is requested throughout the patient’s cancer journey.

Navexio Oncology Nurse Navigators are Registered Nurses (RNs) and Pharmacists who have direct experience working with cancer patients and have an intimate understanding of working within and navigating our cancer care systems.

Navexio’s oncology Patient Care service plans offer flexible virtual support from licensed oncology nurse navigators and pharmacists providing expert guidance, appointment preparation, follow-up summaries, and personalized care coordination to empower clients throughout their cancer journey.

Virtual (Video/ Phone) Appointments

  • Virtual access (phone/ video call) to a Registered Nurse or Pharmacist with advanced/ specialized training in oncology.

  • Summary report of the appointment with a tailored action plan, reminders, and next steps until next appointment.

Monthly Plan: Navexio Nurse Navigation

  • Guaranteed access and scheduling for a pre-determined number of Oncology Patient Care Navigator consultations per month.
