Navexio’s Patient Care Navigators are registered nurses or pharmacists with advanced oncology training. They can accompany patients and their families to medical appointments and/ or can provide on-going support (virtual or in-person).

Expert guidance: Oncology Patient Care navigators provide remote or in-person consultations to help clients prepare for medical appointments, interpret complex information, and clarify next steps in care.
Ongoing follow-up: Clients receive tailored summaries, reminders, and action plans after appointments, with continued support available via phone or video as needs evolve.
Emotional and practical support: Navexio’s Patient Care Navigators offer compassionate, virtual coaching to address concerns, manage symptoms, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members.
