The form will ask questions about your diagnosis, genomic testing results, treatment history, and goals, among other questions. Having the information about your cancer journey on-hand will allow for a more efficient answering of the questions. The more detailed information that you provide, the more rich the insights and guidance will be from Navexio.

  2. Optional Uploads: You can securely upload pathology reports pr genomic test results that you would like Navexio to review.

  3. Expert Review by Navexio: Our team of cancer specialists, diagnostic and molecular experts, and registered cancer nurse navigators will review and assess your responses and any uploaded files.

  4. Delivery of Your Custom Report: Within 5 business days, you will receive your personalized report.

  5. Consultation with an Expert Cancer Navigator: Schedule a 30-min consultation to review your report and get questions further clarified with a Navexio Expert Cancer Navigator.
