Navexio’s Oncology Nurse Navigators accompany patients in-person to their medical appointments and provide on-going support, as requested by the client, throughout their cancer journey. In-person and virtual appointments can also be scheduled to support the Client and their families throughout their cancer journey. This service would benefit individuals and their families/ caregivers who want extra support in their cancer journey given how complex it can be and how time-constrained our healthcare providers are.

Navexio’s Oncology Nurse Navigators are licensed nurses who have direct experience working with cancer patients and have an intimate understanding of the administrative and clinical aspects of treatment centres. Navexio’s Oncology Nurse Navigators are carefully selected and vetted to ensure that Navexio’s standards of excellence and professionalism are met.

Nurse Navigators are there to support the Client and their family by helping answer questions before and after the medical appointments. Careful notes will be documented and the Oncology Nurse Navigator will take the time to explain things, translate medical terminology, and answer any questions. This level of service is welcomed by medical teams because this may relieve them of additional time required to answer questions during or after the appointments. Think of the Navexio Oncology Nurse Navigator as an additional private resource in your clinical care team that will support you throughout your cancer journey for as long as it’s needed. Navexio will provide you with information upfront to share with your clinical care team
